Amtex Systems - Product Manager (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborative Roadmap Execution:

- Work closely with the Head of Digital Wellness and Head of Product, translating participant-focused product requirements and solution designs into actionable product development plans.

- Align product priorities with organizational goals and resource availability.

2. Feature Design & Gamification:

- Collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams to create gamified features that enhance user engagement, adherence, and satisfaction.

- Implement behavioral science insights to craft user-centric, habit-forming experiences.

3. Stakeholder Alignment:

- Act as the key liaison between the product, wellness, and rising risk teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.

- Incorporate feedback from diverse stakeholders, including payors, healthcare providers, and participants, into the development process.

4. Performance Measurement & Iteration:

- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for engagement, retention, and health outcomes.

- Use data insights to continuously optimize product features and prioritize impactful enhancements.

5. Market Research & Innovation:

- Stay informed on the latest trends in digital health, gamification, and chronic care management.

- Benchmark competitive offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.

6. Compliance & Scalability:

- Ensure all features adhere to relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and are designed for scalability across different user segments and geographies.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or Business).

- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

Experience:

- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital health, wellness, or fitness technology.

- Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital products.

- Familiarity with gamification principles and wellness programs is highly desirable.
