How you will contribute:

- Lead Projects: Oversee planning and execution of utility-scale solar, wind, hybrid, and BESS projects.

- Manage Contractors: Ensure efficient collaboration with contractors and vendors.

- Align Teams: Closely work with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and timelines.

- Track Progress: Monitor project activities, provide strategic analysis, and recommend improvements.

- Promote Best Practices: Implement quality management and SOPs to optimize outcomes.

- Motivate Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.

- Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure Compliance: Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

- Advanced PM Skills: Utilize advanced project management skills for execution.

- Report Progress: Present comprehensive updates to executive management.

Ideal Skills for this role include:.

- Experience: 15-20 years in project management, especially in renewable energy.

- Leadership: Managed teams of 15-20 members.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with CTU compliances and requirements.

- Project Management: Successfully led complex projects over 300 MW.

- Sector Preference: Must have experience in Solar.

- Wind sector experience is preferred.

- Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and excellent leadership and communication abilities.
