Senior Associate - Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting;
• Preparation of statutory books of accounts;
• Responsible for Vendor management cycle and ensuring smooth vendor payments;
• Handling banking relationships;
• Processing of Bank Payments, Bank Guarantees, LCs;
• Month end closing and preparation of MIS, Month end adjustment entries;
• Intercompany billing and reconciliations, Monthly Management Report (MIS) including Cash Flow and periodic analysis of financial performance;
• Preparing schedules for Statutory /Internal Audit;
• Ensuring the compliance/documentation requirement for all laws like Income Tax Act, GST;
• Balance sheet schedules preparation for Balance sheet review;
• Collaboration and Coordination with cross functional departments to close the open finance/accounts items;
• Responsibility of monthly GST payments & compliances, Responsibility of monthly TDS payments & compliances.
