AMNEAL PHARMACEUTICALS - Business Analyst (5-10 yrs)

We are urgently hiring for Business Analyst at Amneal Pharma for Ahmedabad .

Key Accountabilities:

Project Management along with administrative expertise. This role involves developing and implementing organizational strategies while also providing high-level administrative support to senior executives. The individual acts as a critical partner in planning, execution, and organization, ensuring the seamless operation of executive activities and strategic initiatives. Analysis, data mining and providing insights for Business Development strategy.

Purpose :

- The role exists to be an extension of the CEO office, providing actionable insights and enabling reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze, review and track business critical goals across the organization.

- Pre-empt reviews based on committed project timelines.

- Provide summary, notes and nudge on insights based on reviews.

- Work closely with Business Development teams for portfolio outcomes and commercial review.

- Manage emails, information, and other communications; answer where possible - highlight and prioritize those that need CEO attention.

- Plan and maintain CEO calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organize, and set agendas and action points for all his meetings.

- Function as 'follow-up Manager' across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.

- Type up notes, emails, presentations, and reports; circulate and follow up information effectively.

- Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings, off-site quarterly days, and other strategic meetings to take notes and action points.

- Working alongside our Sustainability Champions to identify and implement ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency throughout the business.

- Collaborate effectively with all staff, clients, and suppliers.

- Provide good relationship management with the client.
