General Nurse

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes.
• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs.
• Administer treatments and monitor patients' progress.
• Educate patients and their families on healthy habits and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications:

• General Nursing Degree.
• Completion of a three-year full-time nursing program.
• The program must be accredited by the German Federal Chamber of Nursing.
• License: Professional Nursing License granted by the relevant state health authority.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Required Skills:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (B2 level or higher); English skills are an added advantage.
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in vital sign assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of German healthcare regulations and laws.
