Job Description:

WellCorp is seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Nurse to join our health and safety team. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing first aid and emergency care for on-site injuries and illnesses.

- Conducting health assessments and screenings for employees.

- Developing and implementing health and wellness programs.

- Maintaining and updating employee health records.

- Collaborating with management to ensure workplace safety and compliance with health regulations. - Educating employees on health and safety practices.

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) license.

- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an industrial or occupational health setting. - Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.

Preferred:

- Experience with health and wellness program development.

- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
