Job Title: Registered Nurse - OPD Department
Hospital: Saudi German Hospital
Location: Dammam, Jeddah, Aseer, Hail
Salary: 7,500 SAR (Basic 5,500 SAR + Housing 750 SAR + Transportation 500 SAR + Critical 750 SAR)
Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Outpatient Department (OPD) at Saudi German Hospital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with medical professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of the outpatient services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the OPD, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as per physicians orders.
- Monitor and record patient vitals, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
- Ensure that patient medical records are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with hospital policies.
- Provide patient education on managing their health conditions and treatment plans.
- Assist physicians during medical procedures, examinations, and treatments.
- Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Adhere to all hospital protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care as needed.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing).
- License: Valid nursing license as per Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in an outpatient setting.
- Skills:Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and handle stressful situations.
- Knowledge of patient safety standards and protocols.
Additional Requirements:
- Location Flexibility: Candidates should be open to working in one of the following locations: Dammam, Jeddah, Aseer, or Hail.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: 5,500 SAR
- Housing Allowance: 750 SAR
- Transportation Allowance: 500 SAR
- Critical Care Allowance: 750 SAR
- Total Salary: 7,500 SAR per month
- Other Benefits: Health insurance, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
