Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
> They provide expert care in specific areas of nursing (eg: Intensive Care, Paediatrics, Oncology)
> Advanced patient assessment and care planning.
> Specialised medication management and administration.
> Collaborating with the team.
> Quality improvement and research participation.
Qualifications:
> Initial 3 years of Nursing Degree.
> Specialized additional training of 1 to 2 years in the specific area (Intensive care, Paediatrics, Oncology)
> Obtain specialized certification in any one specific area of nursing.
> In order to get certified in a particular area in nursing you need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in that particular field.
> Minimum 2+ years of experience in any specialized field in nursing.
