We are fast-growing player in the auto parts industry, looking to bring on board a dynamic Sales Lead who can build, drive, and scale a high-performing sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for taking initiatives from 0 to 1, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and market penetration.

- Take charge of full-cycle sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Implement scalable sales strategies to grow the business in new and existing markets.

- Drive customer engagement and foster long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales operations and align with broader company objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Undergraduate from a Tier 1 college.

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in an early-stage startup; experience in founding or leading a startup is a major plus.

- High Hunger and Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results, and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of building and scaling teams.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to take things from 0 to 1, with a focus on scaling rapidly.
