You will help digitally transform Amgen's Source to Contract (S2C) capabilities being part of the S2C product team. As a Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst within our Technology team, this role will drive a high-reaching Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) program to evolve how Amgen handles contracts globally with our suppliers. Roles & Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with Product owner and System Architects to handle business analysis activities, ensuring alignment with business and product goals

Understand customer needs to shape business processes and product requirements

Work with Product Owners and Business SMEs to define scope and value for new developments

Perform regular maintenance and updates to systems ensuring optimal performance

Ensure non-functional requirements are included and prioritized in the Product and Release Backlogs

Facilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories and participate in backlog reviews with the product team

Clearly express features in User Stories/requirements so all team members and collaborators understand how they fit into the product backlog

Stay focused on software development to ensure it meets requirements, providing proactive feedback to collaborators

Experience with SAFe Agile software development methodology

Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes

Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications: 

Master’s degree and 4 to 6 years of Information Systems experience OR

Bachelor’s degree and 6 to 8 years of Information Systems experience OR

Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Information Systems experience

  

Must-Have Skills :

Must have experience with writing user requirements, Test scenarios and acceptance criteria in agile project management systems such as JIRA

Hands-on experience in configuring and integrating Contract Lifecycle Management systems (i.e. SirionLabs) and Ariba procurement tools

Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for solving procurement and business challenges improving technology

Good communication skills and the ability to connect with senior leadership with confidence and clarity.

 
Good-to-Have Skills: 

Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA as well as other Source to contract tool experience

Able to communicate technical or complex subject matters in business terms

Experience of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery methodology

Experience with Jira Align is a plus

 Professional Certifications 

SAFe for Teams certification (preferred)

 Shift Information: 
This position requires you to work a later shift and may be assigned a second or third shift schedule. Candidates must be willing and able to work during evening or night shifts, as required based on business requirements.
