Position Title: Systems Administrator II | Aravo

Department: Enterprise Risk Management

Function: Third Party Risk Management

Reports To: Third Party Risk Manager (Rachel Dice)

Position Summary: The System Administrator will support the Enterprise Risk Management department by managing and maintaining the Aravo third-party risk management SaaS solution. This role involves ensuring the systems optimal performance, configuring and customizing the platform to meet business needs, and providing technical support and training to users. The System Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the tools alignment with the organizations risk management framework and compliance requirements.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.

Preferred Certifications:

WORK EXPERIENCE:

2-5 years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in application support or system/application/database administration.
