Team Overview:
Global Credit Model Risk Oversight, Transaction Monitoring GRC Capabilities (CMRC) provides independent challenge and ensures that significant Credit and Model risks are properly evaluated and monitored, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risks are mitigated through the transaction monitoring program. In addition, CMRC hosts the central product organization responsible for the ongoing maintenance and modernization of GRC platforms and capabilities.
How will you make an impact in this role
The AML Data Capabilities team was established with a mission to own and govern data across products raw data, derivations, organized views to cater for analytics and production use cases and to manage the end-to-end data quality. This team comprises of risk data experts with deep SME knowledge of risk data, systems and processes covering all aspects of customer life cycle.
Our mission is to build and support Anti-Money Laundering Transaction Monitoring data and rule needs in collaboration with Strategy and technology partners with focus on our core tenets of Timeliness, Quality and process efficiency.

The new Manager, Digital Product Management, position will have the responsibility to build manage the Enterprise Data Assets related ODLs (Organized Data Layer) in Cornerstone Big Data platform, maintain Products and capabilities for critical data across the enterprise. Work with a federated network of Data stewards and platform owners across the company to ensure robust and scalable data layer is build.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of people to deliver organized data layer tables within Cornerstone
Owns the delivery of variables derivation, organization and rollout on proprietary Cornerstone/ODL platform using Big Data Tools and Framework
Manage and lead the Enterprise Data Asset for the Enterprise Data Lakes
Take requirements from Product Leads business partners and work closely with AET to build the same
Discover and Analyze the prioritized features to be implemented on an ongoing basis
Maintain and support the Process Automation, Key Performance Metrics reporting
Build and Enhance the existing capabilities and provide ongoing support
Leverage latest tools like PySpark, Python, Hive and Tableau for implementation of scalable solutions to drive innovation and efficiencies.
Partner with Data Organization, Ent Data Governance and Business teams on data asset needs to deliver superior customer experience
Training and User Enablement Socialize the ODL with broader user community and provide user training for greater adoption. Work with business users to on-board the users onto Big Data platform and provide on-going support
Partner with Cornerstone strategy team to create training plans and execute hands-on trainings
Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor s degree in a business or technical discipline required, or equivalent work experience
At least 4+ years of experience working in technology / capability development with focus on scalable project delivery
Experience as a people leader will be a plus
Strong technical knowledge and solutions development within Big Data Platform, specifically related to data architecture
Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work through multiple and complex work streams and deliver a diverse set of initiatives that result in transformational outcomes
In depth understanding of Hadoop ecosystems and minimum of three years of work experience leveraging the ecosystem to build/support applications
Knowledge of existing Data Sources in AXP and hands-on experience on the Cornerstone platform would be a plus. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Experience in building foundational data capabilities on Cornerstone
A highly motivated individual who would challenge status quo and continue to probe and create scalable solutions for platform standardization and enterprise level adoption
Able to think strategically work with the technology and business experts to drive and execute the roadmap for next generation data capabilities
