As we expand, we seek a dynamic Senior Project Manager with a background from IIT to bridge project management and business development, ensuring seamless project execution while driving growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage high-value infrastructure and real estate projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

- Drive business development efforts, identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.

- Develop proposals and presentations for new business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

- Oversee the integration of the Ambryn AI Dashboard in projects, ensuring maximum client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- Monitor project financials, risk assessment, and compliance, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, positioning Ambryn as a thought leader in tech-driven project management.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: B.Tech/M.Tech from IIT in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a client-facing or business development role.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects.

- Strong understanding of AI-driven tools and technologies in construction/project management is a plus.

- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
