About the Role:

The Studs Sports Bar & Grill is seeking a dynamic, robust, and travel-ready professional to join as the Head of Operations to work directly with the Founder. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on involvement in driving pre-opening responsibilities, operational excellence, and innovative concept development on both national and international levels.

Key Responsibilities:

F&B Operations:

• Oversee and execute all pre-opening responsibilities, including planning, setup, and launch of new outlets across India.
• Spearhead recruitment, training, and staff development to align with the brands vision and operational standards.
• Lead R&D initiatives to drive innovation and enhance F&B offerings, with a strong focus on bar operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder on crafting new menus and concepts, especially those involving bar innovations.
• Hands-on involvement in bar setup, cocktail menu development, and molecular mixology.

Franchisee & Multi-Outlet Management:

• Manage multiple outlets from the pre-opening stages, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to brand standards.
• Collaborate with potential franchisees, guiding them through operational setup and brand standards.
• Ensure franchise units comply with brand guidelines, operational procedures, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct performance audits for franchise locations, providing insights and corrective measures.

Bar Expertise & Innovation:

• Extensive hands-on bar experience with a strong knowledge of cocktail making and bar setup.
• Expertise in crafting innovative cocktails and bar menus.
• Proficiency in molecular mixology and modern bartending techniques.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.
• Manage and track follow-ups with teams across Pan India to ensure seamless execution of operational goals.

Strategic Vision & PR:

• Develop and implement out-of-the-box strategies to elevate the brand's reputation and reach.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders and manage the brand's public relations and communications.

Technical Expertise:

• Leverage advanced computer and social media skills to optimize processes and boost the brand’s digital presence.

Customer Experience & Communication:

• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high-quality service and customer engagement.
• Communicate effectively with customers, handling complaints and resolving issues professionally.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
• Stay active on social media and customer feedback platforms to monitor and improve the bar’s reputation.

• Candidate with 10–12 years of F&B experience, preferably with significant bar operations expertise.

• Travel-ready and adaptable, with the ability to work on last-minute schedules.
