- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SQL, Python or R, Power BI, and a solid understanding of digital marketing platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Marketing Measurement: Implement and maintain marketing measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
- Digital KPI Tracking: Monitor and analyze key digital marketing KPIs, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and cost per acquisition.
- Insight Generation: Identify actionable insights from marketing data to inform campaign strategy and optimize marketing spend.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data through data validation and quality checks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing managers and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Automation: Identify opportunities to automate marketing reporting and data analysis processes.
- Presentation: Present findings and recommendations to marketing teams and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a marketing analyst role, preferably in a technical field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
