Data Analyst - Qualtrics Survey (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience, specializing in Qualtrics implementation and data analysis.

This role will be crucial in supporting our customer experience (CX) initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and managing Qualtrics, along with strong data analysis skills and a passion for improving customer experiences.

This position requires flexibility for rotational shifts.

Responsibilities :

- Qualtrics Implementation & Management : Implement, configure, and manage Qualtrics projects, including survey design, distribution, data collection, and reporting.

- Data Collection & Processing : Gather data from various sources (Qualtrics, databases, spreadsheets, CRM, etc.), clean, validate, and prepare it for analysis.

- Data Analysis & Interpretation : Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer experience. Interpret findings and translate them into actionable recommendations.

- Customer Experience Management (CXM) : Support the development and implementation of CXM strategies based on data insights.

- Product Implementation Support : Contribute to product implementation projects by providing data analysis and reporting support.

- Reporting & Visualization : Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g, marketing, product, customer service) to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.

- Decipher Experience (Preferred) : Leverage experience with Decipher (or similar survey programming platform) to enhance data collection and analysis capabilities.

- Rotational Shift : Must be flexible to work rotational shifts.

Technical Skills :

- Survey Platforms : Qualtrics (Essential), Decipher (Preferred)

- Data Analysis Tools : Excel (Advanced), SQL (Preferred), R or Python (Preferred)

- Data Visualization Tools : Tableau, Power BI, or similar (Preferred)

- CRM Systems : Experience with CRM systems (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

- Statistical Analysis : Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methods.

- Data Warehousing : Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus.

- Programming Languages : Basic scripting skills (e.g, Python, JavaScript) are a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Information Technology).

- 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on Qualtrics implementation and data analysis.

- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Qualtrics projects.

- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
