Data Analyst - Quantum (2-4 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Analyst with experience in Quantum to assist with the day-to-day delivery of data processing services for our clients.

This role will involve documentation, quality control, schedule management, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data processing concepts, strong experience with Quantum, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

- Data Processing Support : Assist with the daily operations of data processing services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients.

- Quality Control : Implement and execute quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Perform data tabulation processing and validations using Quantum.

- Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including operations runbooks, operations calendars, and operations error logs.

- Schedule Management : Assist with scheduling and managing data processing jobs, ensuring deadlines are met.

- Client Engagement : Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any questions or concerns.

- Solution Quality : Contribute to high-quality technology solutions by participating in solution audits and analyzing results.

- Data Loading & Validation : Understand and implement data loading and QC validation concepts.

- File Management & Job Scheduling : Possess a basic understanding of file management and job scheduling concepts.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve data processing workflows and documentation.

Technical Skills :

- Data Processing Tools : Quantum (Essential)

- Data Analysis : Data tabulation, validation, and quality control.

- Documentation : Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation (runbooks, logs, calendars).

- Scheduling Tools : Familiarity with job scheduling software or tools.

- File Management : Proficiency in file management concepts and techniques.

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Problem-solving : Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues.

- Microsoft Office Suite : Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- SQL (Preferred) : Basic SQL skills for data querying and analysis.

- Scripting (Preferred) : Basic scripting skills (e.g, shell scripting, Python) for automation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business).

- Proven experience working with Quantum for data tabulation and processing.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
