Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using MS Excel for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to address complex customer issues.
