Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive - Service

Location : Kurla / Worli / Reay road

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team, specializing in service and feedback calling. The ideal candidate will engage with customers post-sales to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance their overall experience,

Key Responsibilities for GX - CRE

• Conduct follow-up calls to customers after sale to collect feedback on their experience for GX PORTAL LINK
• Address any concerns or issues raised by customers and escalate as needed.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities for CRE - DCAC

• Contact customers to remind them of scheduled service appointments for their vehicles.
• Daily 100 - 120 calls to be made
• Answer customer inquiries regarding service details and scheduling.
• Collaborate with service advisors to coordinate appointment schedules
  

Qualifications:

- Graduation with 1 or 2 years of experience in automobile is a plus

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent convincing power

- Ability to bring on board positive and best feedback from customer
