Computer Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operate computers and related office equipment to perform various administrative tasks.
• Input and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, databases, and other software programs.
• Generate and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and other office applications as required.
• Monitor and maintain digital records of factory production, inventory, and other operational data.
• Assist in creating, updating, and organizing spreadsheets, presentations, and documents.
• Provide administrative support to various departments by coordinating with staff on data-related tasks.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks and documentation.
• Troubleshoot basic software issues, assist team members with computer-related queries, and ensure smooth operation of computer systems.
• Follow up on requests and maintain proper data files and backups.
• Perform any other office-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a computer operator or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with data entry, file management, and administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain multiple data systems.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for software and computer-related issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
