Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Coordination:
   
• Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including order processing and client communications.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation, such as quotations, invoices, and contracts.
2. Data Management:
   
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and inventory details.
• Use Excel for data analysis, creating sales reports, and tracking performance metrics.
3. Customer Support:
   
• Act as the point of contact for clients to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve basic issues.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
4. Market Analysis & Reporting:
   
• Assist in gathering market data and competitor information to support sales strategies.
• Generate monthly/quarterly sales reports for management review.
5. Team Collaboration:
   
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
• Support marketing campaigns and product promotions as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Background in sales or sales coordination, preferably within the chemical or non-ferrous materials industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Communication: Basic English skills, both written and spoken.
• Personal Traits: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
