Am/DM-Treasury Accountant

We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting functions, including ledger management, payments, and treasury operations. The role requires proficiency in working capital management, bank reconciliation, and fund allocation. The candidate should be capable of excelling in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and committed to delivering up-to-date account reports

Role & responsibilities

• Manage relationships with various banks to fulfill daily requirements.
• Prepare diverse reports, both fund-based and non-fund-based.
• Prepare and submit assorted documents mandated by banks for daily operations.
• Liaise with banks to arrange working capital, facilitate bill discounting, and manage paying agent services.
• Prepare and furnish documents for renewals or enhancing credit facilities.
• Oversee and manage import-export transaction matters with banks to ensure prompt foreign remittances.
• Manage and avail new facilities for better working capital management.
• Monitor and conclude EDPMS/IDPMS/ORM processes with banks.
• Liaise with auditors for banking-related audit matters.
• Manage due diligence and stock audit processes with auditors.
• Lead and engage in the implementation of automation enhancements.
• Manage the process of opening bank accounts and updating signatories.
• Review overdraft (O/D) and working capital demand loans (WCDL) interest on a monthly basis.
• Assist the team with documentation related to LC/BG/Bank Mandates.
• Prepare and maintain the company's cash flow.
• Check, prepare, and clear fund issues for all banks regarding RTGS, NEFT, and fund transfers.
• Manage forecast vs. actual cash management and track development.
• Manage all foreign remittances to suppliers.
• Handle short-term investments (Fixed Deposits) and borrowing.
• Responsible for internet banking for the company and daily payments.
