Role and Responsibilities

• Preparation of standalone and consolidation of financials of Amber Group as per IND AS on quarterly and yearly basis
• Planning & executing monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules; providing monthly financial statements and administering the monthly closing process
• Handling Internal audit and Statutory Audit of the company
• Analysing the data related to all process including revenue, expense, fixed assets, tax etc and share the same with auditors
• Supervising the Cost Audit and Tax Audit of the holding company and its subsidiaries
• Creating & presenting monthly management reports on cost & benefit analysis, productivity analysis, inventory turnover analysis and cost variance analysis

Functional Knowledge & Skills Required

Having knowledge of general accounting principles and Accounts standards. Knowledge of treasury and experience of MIS, Balance sheet preparation. Leadership quality to manage the team and handle senior team members.
