Quality Assurance Tech I, FBA Inventory

Job Description:
Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) is a service purchased by third party sellers worldwide to have Amazon store and then pack, ship, and provide customer service for their products. On FBA Inbound team, we focus on simplifying seller s lives - whether they sell locally or globally - by making it simple and cost effective for Sellers to send in inventory to our Fulfilment Centres. You will be a member of the team that enhances and scales a widely used fulfilment platform. We leverage AWS technologies including S3, DynamoDB, Lambda. The team will build solutions to solve complex cross border selling challenges in fulfilment, listing , payments , returns space while adhering to various compliance requirements.

As an SE on the team, you will be involved in:
1) Scaling the Inbound products to world-wide global sellers by optimising/tuning the tech stack to reduce time to market and expand the product to multiple new regions.
2) Maintaining self-healing systems to ensure streamlined operations for the tech team.
3) Using configurability of the system to enhance adaptability of the product to changing compliance requirements.
4) Maintaining supply chain solutions to optimise inventory placement locations.

A day in life
1) You customize and tune critical parts of the tech stack towards moving towards the 3 year vision.
2) You take ownership of launching new lanes and optimize the lane launch process.
3) You deep dive into customer issues, work with multiple SDEs to identify the root cause fix for these issues.
4) You own various tracks to ensure high bar on OE.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2. 1+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- 3. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- 4. Experience with test management tools (e. g. , TestRail, JIRA).
- 5. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
