Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in delegate acquisition or inviting companies to participate in events, as well as a proven ability to secure sponsorships by engaging with leadership-level stakeholders. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in high-energy environments, excels in relationship-building, and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth:

• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities aligned with the companys goals in the events and sponsorship domain.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire delegates and corporate participants for events.
• Proactively build a pipeline of sponsorship opportunities by engaging senior leaders and decision-makers.

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with prospective clients, sponsors, and event attendees.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and pitches that align with client needs and goals.

Market and Industry Expertise:

• Stay updated on trends within the event management and sponsorship landscape to develop innovative solutions.
• Analyze market data and feedback to identify gaps and opportunities, optimizing event offerings.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Event Management Expertise: 15 years of experience in business development or sales roles within event management companies.
• Delegate Acquisition Experience: Proven track record of successfully inviting corporate participants or acquiring delegates for events.
• Sponsorship Leadership: Experience in engaging and securing leadership-level sponsors to drive revenue growth.
• Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive, and relationship-oriented style.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think critically, devise creative solutions, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Presentation Skills: Expertise in preparing and delivering compelling proposals that resonate with clients and sponsors.
