Planning Engineer

Brief Description of Job Responsibilities

Project Planning and Scheduling:
1) Develop detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines using project management tools like Primavera, MS Project, etc.
2) Coordinate with project managers and other engineering teams to understand project scope and requirements.
3) Establish project baselines and ensure that the project progresses according to the planned schedule.

Resource Management:
1) Allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to meet project deadlines.
2) Monitor resource utilization and suggest improvements to avoid resource wastage.Progress Monitoring and Reporting:
1) Track project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying any delays or deviations.
2) Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and recommending corrective actions.

Risk Management:
1) Identify potential risks that could impact the project timeline and budget.
2) Develop risk mitigation plans and implement strategies to minimize disruptions.Coordination with Stakeholders:
1) Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
2) Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Documentation and Compliance:
1) Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and records of meetings.
2) Ensure that all planning activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations.

Educational Qualifications
Graduate in Civil Engineering & MS. Project
Civil Engineering with 3-8 year of experience in Industrial, heavy industrial projects, AUTOCAD and MS project

Skills/Competencies

1. Ability to handle / knowledge on the building services.
2. Exposure to construction management practices
3. Exposure to interior civil works & office interiors
4. Deep knowledge on MS office

Experience Needed
3-8 Years(in Industrial/ Heavy industrial)

3-8 Years for BE
6-12+ for Diploma
