Civil Engineer Manager

Job Summary:

Civil engineers is responsible for the construction of manufacturing plant, including new builds, expansion & modifications. Looking for industrial constructions experience.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate all civil construction projects related to the Li-ion cell manufacturing plant, including new builds, expansions, and modifications.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other specialists to ensure construction plans align with operational needs and industry standards.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring timely progress and adherence to the specified guidelines. Manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost optimization without compromising on quality or safety.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges, liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all construction activities adhere to local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with the plant's operational teams to ensure construction projects meet the specific requirements of Li-ion cell manufacturing
• Review and approve project designs, plans, and changes, ensuring they align with the broader objectives.
• Monitor and report on construction progress to senior management, highlighting any potential delays or challenges.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of construction materials, equipment, and services.
