Job Description

Assisting in E-filing of forms, obtaining DSC, DIN etc.

Assisting in Incorporation of Companies (Private, Public Section 8)

Assisting in preparation of Notices, Agenda and Directors Report for the client companies

Preparation of Annual Filing Documents i.e. Notice, Director Report, Annual Return for the client companies

Assisting in ensuring all applicable and statutory compliances including updation of statutory registers, secretarial standards, website compliances etc., and also to facilitate audit requirements.
