NPD Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and validate electrical components using Catia and Solid Works software.
  
• Conduct DFMEA, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan activities to identify potential failures and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 certification requirements by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  
• Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or meetings.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) engineering role.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical field.
  
• Proficiency in Catia and Solid Works software; knowledge of PPAP, APQP and Control Plan process preferred.
