Senior Manager/Manager - Business Development
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Manager - Business Development to join our team at Amantya Technologies.
- The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on working within a government company.
- The candidate will drive business growth by establishing and managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading sales initiatives for IT services.
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven track record in IT services sales, who is passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development role within an IT Services company (Digital Services, Cloud, and AI).
- Customer Relationship Management: Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and continued business growth.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and through new market segments, to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Proposal Strategy & Development: Lead the development and response strategies for proposals (RFP/RFI), ensuring competitive positioning, pricing, and alignment with customer needs.
- Solution Pitches & Presentations: Create and present compelling solution pitches, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and high-impact sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for selling IT solutions and services. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment.
- Value Proposition Development: Build and articulate strong value propositions that resonate with customer needs and demonstrate the benefits of Amantya Technologies' offerings.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, new business opportunities, and competitive activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Marketing Campaigns: Lead and manage targeted marketing campaigns to support business development and generate qualified leads.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech/B.E (mandatory), MBA (preferred).
- Experience: 6 to 12 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a government company.
Skills:
- Strong experience with sales proposals, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record in sales and client management in the IT services space.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Familiarity with market research and lead generation tools.
