Executive Assistant To Managing Director

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, including International and Domestic.
• Hands-on experience in Office correspondence & Coordination, Client Relationship, Stakeholder Management.
• Good in Calendar Management- meeting, appointments, events.
• Preparing MIS reports, presentations, and other documents as and when required.
• Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
• Handle office-related tasks, including procurement and vendor coordination.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
• Knowledge of travel arrangements and event planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Executive Assistant.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
