Deep Knowledge about Troubleshooting / installation of software / formatting / repairing / of Desktop, Laptop and printer .

Deep Knowledge about Troubleshooting / installation of software / Installation of CCTV and NVR Knowledge about Troubleshooting / installation of switch, PTP, media converter, wi-fi , splicing , FOC and network .

Basic Knowledge about subnetting / Traffic Flow / Data Security

Basic Fundamental on support / Report Generation / Syncing / of I3ms server

Basic Knowledge about Enrolment of employee / card Issue / Report Generation / 1st hand troubleshoot in Punching server

Assistance for stack verification.

Asset Management / Asset handling.

Knowledge about Excel formula / Knowledge about Word / Preparation of PPT

Knowledge about editing photos. Audio visual preparation.

Knowledge about the working of Uninterrupted power supply equipment.

Knowledge about SAP / ERP Software.

Basic Knowledge about Email settings and Outlook configuration.

Basic Knowledge about ILL / firewall / Antivirus.

Basic Knowledge about MIS / report creation

Basic Knowledge about electric circuit.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferably worked in similar role for any manufacturing or mining organization.
