Presales Executive

Responsibilities:-

• Handles Leads received through various platforms via phone ,chat or email.
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Support the presales process by understanding customer requirements, conducting needs assessments and

recommending appropriate solutions.

• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Research required information using available resources
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions
• Update customer profiles in internal databases
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Suggest process improvement to enhance customer
