Job Description
- Manage and oversee the execution of HVAC projects, specifically focusing on VRF and Chillers solutions
- Coordinate with customers, sales team, and engineering teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, evaluate site conditions, and gather necessary information for project planning and execution
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth project implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure timely project completion and delivery
- Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and other technical documentation as required for project design and installation
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints
- Oversee site management activities, including coordination with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project execution phase
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven track record in HVAC project execution, specifically in VRF and Chillers systems
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in HVAC systems, VRF, and Chillers solutions
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for drawing and design purposes
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards related to HVAC projects in the Hyderabad/South India region is preferred
