Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and spearhead our growth in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the HVAC, Electronics Security Products, and AV Solutions industry. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can effectively manage customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and drive new customer acquisition and account development.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively prospecting and acquiring new customers
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales activities, including marketing, product management, and customer support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, providing regular updates to the management team
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends to effectively position and promote our offerings
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the companys products and services
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of successful sales management, preferably in the HVAC, Electronics Security Products, or AV Solutions industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a customer-centric approach
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel as required
