Altysys - Business Analyst - Salesforce Health Cloud (7-9 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.

- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.

- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

- Design and configure Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet business needs, including customizations, workflows, and integrations.

- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and other documentation.

- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, administrators) to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of solutions.

- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the testing phase.

- Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for end-users.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and releases.

- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Health Cloud and the healthcare industry.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Health Cloud environment.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.

Required Skills :

- 7-9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on Salesforce Health Cloud.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud architecture, functionality, and best practices.

- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and developing functional specifications.

- Expertise in designing and configuring Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including customizations, workflows, and integrations.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including common processes, regulations (HIPAA), and data models.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using Salesforce.com and related tools
