Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Business Analyst with a solid background in healthcare products such as EMR, EHR and Patient Portals.

The ideal candidate will analyze healthcare operations, enhance scheduling efficiency, and support the implementation of solutions that improve patient care, patient experience, and resource management.

The candidate will utilize data and analytics to optimize patient care and streamline healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and document insights of current system, identify gaps and improvement areas, create user stories, workflows, translate business requirements into user stories.

- Prioritize user Epics and user stories and backlog refinement.

- Facilitate workshops, interviews and any other discovery methods to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.

- Engage in UAT to ensure the final solution aligns with business requirements

- Closely work with cross functional teams including product managers, developers, QA, End users.

- Should act as the primary contact between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication of requirements.

- Identify and document potential risk factors and provide input on mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to validate end user requirements and ensure alignment with usability and experience needs.

- Identify non-compliant patients and create outreach strategies to improve adherence to care plans.

- Gather and analyze data to identify trends and inform decision-making related to patient care and operational efficiency.

- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align goals and improvements in patient management.

- Support training initiatives for staff on best practices related to patient care and scheduling tools.

- Good understanding in health care security and HIPAA standards

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Experience : 8+ years of experience in the healthcare industry as a business analyst.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills :

- JIRA, Domain knowledge, Confluence, MS Vizio, Lucid chart, Agile methodologies

- It is good to have IVR integration knowledge.

- Certification in business analysis or healthcare management.

- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) systems
