Job Description

Professional Assistant to CEO Operations & Director Job Description:


  • Meeting Management of CEO Operations & Director.
  • Preparation/ Arrangement of Business reports, Minutes - Should be well verse with MS Office and English language.
  • Coordinating personal tasks of the reporting authority.
  • Schedule in house meeting & coordinate with various department.
  • Appointments diary to be maintained.
  • Managing day to day correspondence.
  • Handling domestic & international air bookings & hotel accommodation, visa, forex, etc.
  • Coordinate logistics and preparation of meeting materials for Personal and Committee meetings.
  • Agenda preparation for meeting, briefing materials and presentations as and when needed.
  • Plan, Manage, and organize daily / monthly / yearly calendar Office Correspondence.
  • Support in planning & strategy exercises / budget meetings / marketing and operations meetings through Data Collection, presentations, competitor research.
  • Proactive Attitude and good time management

Should have Good command over MS Office, Mail and Calender Management.

English proficiency require
