Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, leadership hires, and BPO roles.
  
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their fitment for the role.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (internal) and external parties throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of B2C/BPO industry trends and market dynamics.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (both internal & external).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
