Roles and Responsibilities

• Performing regular backup of Analytical Data & Server.
• Performing restoration as per policy.
• Creation of User ID and project in analytical software.
• Experience in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Executing challenging test validation protocols.
• Configuring security policy for analytical software as per SOP.
• Configuring security policy for analytical software as per policy.
• Experience of facing USFDA, other regulation audits, customer audits and internal audits.
• Handling of CAPA, Deviation, Change Control, Incidents, ER/ES Assessment & Risk Assessment.
• Co-ordinating with vendor to execute Protocols (IQ/ OQ/ PQ/ CSV).
• System Audit & compliance at manufacturing sites to strengthen the Systems Procedures /System Policies.
• Troubleshooting, Installing and Configuring software, updates, Windows Deployment.
• Creating share folder access and group policy for the domain PCs.
• Administration of the Firewall, system security like monitoring, policy implementation site to site VPN connectivity, assign network permission to access remote sites.
• Installation and configuration of the network device (Firewall, Router).
• Office 365 administration like Creation of the users mail ID assign related licenses, delete mail ID by taken Mail box backup Outlook configuration.
