Social Media Partner

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence across various platforms. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our brand awareness, engagement, and reach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote our clients brand, products, and services across various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
• Develop and manage the social media calendar, including scheduling and publishing content, and ensuring that all content is on-brand, engaging, and aligns with company messaging and objectives.
• Coordinate with the Copywriters, designers and/or Production teams to visualise and develop content to attract and retain followers and drive engagement.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance and generate monthly reports, including insights, trends, and recommendations to optimize social media performance.
• Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure social media efforts align with overall company objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering successful social media campaigns.
• Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
• Strong analytical skills to track and report social media performance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
