Job Summary:
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with 2-6 years of experience to lead our offline sales and marketing efforts.
This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through strategic offline initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in sales development, offline marketing campaign execution, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
- Proactively identify and target new customers through direct sales activities, including face-to-face meetings, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting product benefits and brand value.
Offline Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and manage offline marketing campaigns, including print advertising, radio and TV commercials, flyers, brochures, and billboards.
- Develop creative and effective marketing materials that align with the brand's messaging and target audience.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage budgets and timelines for marketing campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, competitor strategies, and market trends.
- Analyze market data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for senior management.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Organize and manage promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and marketing materials.
- Ensure events are executed within budget and meet objectives.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team to ensure alignment of offline and online marketing efforts.
- Work with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on offline strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of offline marketing channels and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.

- Valid drivers license and the ability to travel within the region.
