Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads and new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to develop and implement effective business development plans.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards targets.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, performance, and market insights.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
