Industrial Quality Engineer

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and quality assurance expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and resilient teammates.

You'll ensure the compliance of products and parts delivered by Alstom facilities, maintaining our commitment to excellence. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Production, Industrial, Testing, Supply Chain, Project Quality), perform on-site root cause analysis, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of rigorous control plan development, but also drive a Right First Time culture.

We’ll look to you for:

• Encouraging and promoting proper criteria to Production
• Performing inspections and evaluations of Alstom products
• Collating and evaluating quality data to identify process improvements
• Functionally managing a team of inspectors
• Reporting of KPIs, defects, and quality incidents
• Driving continuous improvement and preventive actions

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
• Experience or understanding of Quality Assurance/Quality Control
• Knowledge of 8D Methodology, PFMEA & Control plan
• Familiarity with Statistical process controls
• A Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word
• Fluency in English and strong team management skills
