Site APSYS Leader

Could you be the full-time Site APSYS Leader in our dynamic team located in Maneja(Vadodara) were looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality), providing on-field APSYS expertise and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of training personnel on APSYS methodologies, as well as facilitating and coordinating improvement actions to reach APSYS targets.

We’ll look to you for:

• Training people on the APSYS program, methodologies, and tools
• Supporting each department in APSYS deployment with on-field expertise
• Facilitating and coordinating all improvement actions to reach APSYS targets
• Consolidating and reporting deployment status to the Site Management Team and APSYS Central team
• Performing APSYS assessments in other sites/projects
• Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence

• A Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field
• Experience or understanding of Lean Management, Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement preferably from Railway or Automotive Industry
• Knowledge of SAP, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Lean tools
• Familiarity with operational activities and a results-driven approach
• A certification in lean management or continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-cultural relationships
• Collaboration, team working, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
