T&C Engineer

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates. You'll ensure the reliability and safety of our state-of-the-art trains. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Test Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Digital Information Systems), manage the testing processes and much more. Youll specifically take care of the systematic handover from manufacturing, but also the meticulous execution of test procedures.

We’ll look to you for:

• Understanding in detail the Acceptance Criteria of the customer for the Project/Product
• Carrying out the systematic Hand Over from Manufacturing
• Ensuring rigorous adherence to test procedures
• Managing the repair of failures and precise tracing of each issue
• Escalating unresolved deviations to the EPU Test Manager
• Proposing process improvements
• Fostering team spirit and maintaining transparency within and across shifts

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience or understanding of Industrial activities related to Testing and Commissioning
• Knowledge of electrical, control, onboard communications & network systems within process industry, railways, or factory automation
• Familiarity with EHS procedures and high-risk activities associated with Electrical work
• A result-driven mindset
• Effective communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making in complex environments
• Adaptability to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment
