Technical Trainer

Role & responsibilities -

• Prepares training materials and sessions.
• Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences.
• Maintain all records and document of trainees.
• Maintain practical lab and classes.
• Review trainees performance and learning.
• Conduct assessment as per govt. norms.
• Recruits and on boards new trainers.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
• Creates technical training programs according to requirements.

Preferred candidate profile -

• Candidate should have graduated from a CFTI, GLI, or FDDI.
• Should have good communication skillis.
• Candidate with the same industry will be preffered.
