The VFX Trainer at FOLKS Mumbai plays a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs for both new and existing employees. This position requires close collaboration with leadership and various departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and supports employee growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leadership to identify and understand training needs across different departments.
Design and deliver technical training programs for various artistic disciplines, including proprietary software applications.
Create, evaluate, and maintain technical documentation and training materials on the company wiki.
Collaborate with the Head of Department and supervisors to identify specific technical training requirements for each team.
Work closely with the Training Coordinator to schedule, organize, and implement training sessions.
Tailor onboarding and technical training programs to meet the specific needs and goals of each role.
Monitor and assess trainee progress, providing regular reports to the Learning Development (LD) Head of Department.
Develop curriculum and supporting documentation for junior-level training programs.
Stay informed on industry trends and technical advancements to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
Continuously explore and incorporate the latest training methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications
Education/Technical Skills:
