Sales Executive/ Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

Sales and Customer Engagement:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territories through market research, networking, and industry events. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, brand loyalty with existing and new customers by understanding their needs, providing technical guidance, and exceeding expectations.
• Sales & Negotiation: Develop and present customized proposals, negotiate competitive pricing and terms, and secure new accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of Alok Masterbatches' product offerings and their applications in the plastics industry.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies relevant to plastic additives. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the masterbatches and additives markets. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams including production, marketing, and technical support to ensure seamless customer service. Coordinate with the sales/production team to achieve organization overall objectives.

Preferred Candidate:

Only candidates with experience in Masterbatches are mandatory.
