Position Overview:.

The Program Manager [Operations] plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless cohort management, orientation programs, and student success initiatives.

This role involves identifying process bottlenecks, implementing automation opportunities, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include managing doubt-clearing sessions, optimizing learning outcomes through live classes and assessments, and scaling a team of expert Teaching Assistants.

Additionally, the Program Manager will design impactful feedback mechanisms to support student improvement and success.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact insights and strategic planning for process efficiency and cost reduction is integral to this position..

Roles and Responsibilities:.

Manage Cohort, orientation program, cohort launches, communication, community engagement, and student success..

Identifying key issues and bottlenecks in the process of delivering a top-notch learning experience to the students..

Identify human resource requirements and opportunities for automation via technological/product interventions to improve the efficiency of the team and the organization..

Managing doubt-clearing sessions, ensuring students derive maximum output out of the live classes, quizzes, and tests..

Build and scale a team of Freelance/Full-time subject matter experts who would be acting as Teaching Assistants to manage and deliver a personalized learning experience to registered students.

Design and provide technical feedback to all students; help poor performers improve their performance and ensure maximum students succeed in achieving the objectives of the courses..

Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional & remote teams to come up with actionable, high-impact insights across product lines and functions..

Plan project roadmap and implement processes to drive efficiencies and reduce costs..

Skills and Qualifications:.

Bachelors or equivalent degree from Tier I or Tier II college (MBA preferred)..

2 to 5+ years of work experience with managerial responsibilities and a track record of high achievement in the Edtech industry Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results through cross-functional engagements..

Must have demonstrated skill of getting things done i.e.

a strong execution skill.

Hands-on experience in a startup or a competitive environment..

Ability to function with minimal supervision and clarity of thought along with a structured approach to problem-solving..
